Heather is married to Barry, and they have a three year old beagle named Booker. Heather has a twin sister, Faydre, and an older sister, Rebecca (married to Luigi, children Dominick and Angela). Barry has a younger sister, Holly.

They spend much of their time mountain biking on trails all over central Florida. They enjoy many outdoor activities such as surfing, rafting, climbing, hiking and playing with their dog. They also love to travel, and in the past few years have snorkeled and rode horses in Hawaii, hiked in the Redwoods in California, been whale watching in Santa Barbara, partied in Las Vegas, and climbed in the Shawanagunk Mountains in New York. They have also visited the wine country in central California, and love a good glass of red. Next they are planning a skiing trip in Big Sky, Montana.

Heather is from Wisconsin and Barry was born in Indiana, although he has lived most of his life in Florida. Together they have lived in Florida, in the North Carolina mountains, in Southern California, and they are now glad to be back in Florida.
