Lead RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor – REMOTE (19288)
Direct hire position at a highly respected multi-hospital system that includes a highly complex, Level 1 Trauma medical center. Organization/department offers excellent work environment, full benefits and competitive compensation.
• Responsible for audit and appeals at a second level for payor DRG challenge
• Oversee clinical validity audits to reduce DRG challenges
• Oversight of RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor first level appeals
• Audits of physician documentation with education to improve quality outcomes and accurate reimbursement

Position is remote.
Requirements: Register Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) plus CCS and CCDS or CDIP with Bachelors or Master’s degree.

Director Quality Improvement, Health Plan (19434)
Lovely coastal location (near beaches/waterways and a few hours away from the mountains)!!
Newly created position for a strategically growing managed care arm of a highly respected healthcare system.
Directs health plan efforts in regards to HEDIS, NCQA, CAHPS, CMS Star, and other quality measures and accreditation. Will oversee contractual obligations with state Medicaid and Medicare programs as well as being instrumental in the growth of the organization representing QI within the RFP’s and tackling those related issues.
Qualifications: Seeking Master’s prepared (or very close to obtaining) BSN (required) with 3+ years Health Plan Quality Improvement experience and 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience in Project Management and Population Health would be a strong plus!

Director of Case Management in the Southeast (19399)
We are recruiting for a Director of Case Management for a 400-bed hospital. This person will have oversight of case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and CDI, along with strategic planning, evaluating, and process improvement. There will be an emphasis on quality of patient care, readmissions, LOS, case mix index, and staff development. With the backing of the CFO and leadership, they are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of moving the department forward.
Requirements: They would like someone with 7 years of case management experience, plus 5+ years of case management leadership experience.

Director of Case Management (19369)
Our client is an acute care hospital located in a good, midsize suburban community.
Reporting to the hospital CFO, the Director of Case Management is responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial oversight of the Case Management and Social Work team.
Qualifications & Experience: RN, BSN required. Master’s degree preferred. CPUR, CPUM, CCM highly preferred. Minimum 5 years management experience in Utilization Review and/or Case Management with 3 years leadership experience.
