Lead RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor – REMOTE (19288)
Direct hire position at a highly respected multi-hospital system that includes a highly complex, Level 1 Trauma medical center. Organization/department offers excellent work environment, full benefits and competitive compensation.
• Responsible for audit and appeals at a second level for payor DRG challenge
• Oversee clinical validity audits to reduce DRG challenges
• Oversight of RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor first level appeals

Position will have oversight of large clinical staff to include care/case management, utilization management, behavioral health, and disease management. Position will also involve the strategic and operational design, development, and implementation of Medicare, Medicaid, Community Care, and DSNP-based programs and integration of the entire government programs process.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Master’s prepared (preference for clinical background) with strong leadership to include: Medicare & Medicaid and Case/Care Management program development within a Health Plan or Managed Care environment.

new Our client, a midsize acute care hospital located in a metropolitan West Coast setting, has an opportunity for a seasoned Quality leader. The Director CQI is a key member of the hospital management team, providing leadership and oversight to the strategic development and implementation of the quality and patient safety programs (performance improvement, patient safety, and accreditation), with responsibility for planning, organizing, and directing the managerial and operational activities of the infrastructure required to support these services.
Qualifications and Experience: RN and BSN, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in the patient care field required with CPHQ certification in hand or eligible to take exam within 2 years of employment start. 5 years’ QA/PI experience also required.
