My client, a highly respected healthcare system, has several immediate openings due to growth. Seeking candidates with strong (5+ years) multispecialty professional fee coding, compliance, audit, and/or education experience to include both E&M and procedural/CPT/surgical proficiency.
Requires one of the following credentials: CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, or applicable AHIMA or AAPC credential. Must hold CPMA or CEMA or be willing to obtain. Additional “specialty” credentials are a plus. Position will either involve working directly with Physician/Provider or Professional Coding Specialist Audit and Education.

Lead RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor – REMOTE (19288)

Our client is a rural Critical Access Hospital located in a beautiful northwest setting. The Director of HIM plans, develops, and administers all functions of the health information system for the health care facility. Director provides backup coding as required.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Health Information Management; three years related experience, preferably with a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic. RHIT or RHIA certification required; critical access coding and experience with Epic are preferred.

Our client is a pediatric hospital located in the Western US. Reporting to the Director of CDI & HIM, the Manager of CDI & Coding is a newly created position responsible for the CDI program and for oversight of an existing seasoned coding team.
Qualifications: HIM professionals must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and be credentialed as an RHIA or an RHIA as well as CCS. A CCDS is preferred, and candidates are required to have at least 5 years work-related experience.

Supervisor Document Imaging (19448)
We are engaged to assist our Western US academic healthcare client with finding qualified candidates for their Supervisor Document Imaging opening. Reporting to the HIM Manager, the successful candidate supervises staff and operational activities within the Document Imaging section, including section productivity, turnaround times, and quality of work. The Supervisor trains new employees on policies and procedures and provides ongoing training/education to existing staff and ancillary areas performing documentation prep and/or scanning as needed as well as interacting with scanning Vendor as needed.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Associate's Degree required with two (2) years progressively responsible and directly related work experience and/or a combination of experience with RHIA/RHIT (preferred but not required).
