Lead RN Clinical Documentation Coding Auditor – REMOTE (19288)
Direct hire position at a highly respected multi-hospital system that includes a highly complex, Level 1 Trauma medical center. Organization/department offers excellent work environment, full benefits and competitive compensation.
• Responsible for audit and appeals at a second level for payor DRG challenge
• Oversee clinical validity audits to reduce DRG challenges

Coding Services Manager (19405)
Our client is a large academic medical center located in a Southwest Metropolitan setting. The Coding Services Manager is responsible for managing the coordination of accurate and compliant coding of pertinent medical information to include diagnoses and procedures performed with adherence to established coding guidelines of ICD-10, CPT, governmental and third-party payers; ensures accurate assignment of codes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in HIM or related field and 5 years’ coding/auditing experience gained from an acute care setting, with 3 years of supervisory experience. Reporting to the Manager Document Imaging, the successful candidate supervises staff and operational activities within the Document Imaging section, including section productivity, turnaround times, and quality of work. The Supervisor trains new employees on policies and procedures and provides ongoing training/education to existing staff and ancillary areas performing documentation prep and/or scanning as needed as well as interacting with Scanning Vendor as needed.
