Qualifications: The right candidate will have at least one year experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelors degree is preferred; ASCP or AMT certification is highly preferred. They also have a great benefit package!

We have been engaged by a healthcare system in the Midwest that is looking for an outstanding Pharmacy Director. This Pharmacy Director will have oversight for two or three hospitals, and there will be opportunities for advancement!
The Chief Pharmacy Officer would love to have someone who has had oversight of multiple sites but would also consider someone who is a Director for a single hospital and is looking for that next step in their career. This healthcare system is going live with their new EHR and is looking for someone who can help them move the Pharmacy division forward, someone who has a proven track record of making changes that benefit the patients, employees, and the organization.

The Director champions and engages with all levels of leadership and caregivers across the organization in implementing a culture of Lean Transformation, building trust and collaborative relationships. Promotes the principles, values, and methodologies required to support the Lean Transformation. Provides leadership, guidance, and support to ensure alignment and standardization around the Lean strategy, language, and methodology for the assigned network.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 7 years related experience, with minimum 5 years leadership experience.
