our results that we provide our clients with a 180-Day
Guarantee. If our candidate doesn't work out,
for whatever reason, we will replace the candidate or provide
a "pro-rated"
refund of the fee paid. We do a complete and thorough background
check of all our candidates prior to them going for an
on-site interview. This includes reference checks; credential,
license and education verifications; criminal and civil
record searches; employment verifications; driving violation
check; bankruptcy and tax lien searches; and military service
record check. No recruiting firm does a more extensive
job of screening their candidates.
